Shipping & Returns


Shipping Information:

UNITED STATES ORDERS:

► USA orders, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number once your print has shipped. Noodlehug ships prints via FedEx Ground. Delivery times are all dependent on your location, postal service speed, weather, and peak holiday times of the year.
► Addresses outside the continental USA will be shipped via USPS. 
► PO Box addresses will be shipped via USPS. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

► International orders, please allow up to 8 business days for processing. You will receive a shipping notification once your print has shipped. Depending on your country, once packages leave the USA, package may no longer be updated to track. Noodlehug ships via International First Class. 

Please note that for international orders Noodlehug is not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you and your region.

USA FedEx Ground — $5
USA FedEx Overnight — $12
Canada - International First Class – $12
Elsewhere - International First Class – $15

TEA TOWEL SHIPPING COSTS:
USA USPS — $6
Canada - International First Class – $11
Elsewhere - International First Class – $14

 

How will my order ship?

► We do our best to insure your purchase will make it safe to your door. All packages are securely packaged and include a tracking number for peace of mind. 

Can I return/exchange?

Customer service is of utmost importance to us. Please don't hesitate to email us with any questions/concerns you may have: noodlehug@gmail.com

► You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds are not available after this point, as prints are made and shipped to order.

► We do our best to insure your prints are well protected. The packaging used is designed to safeguard them from damage during postal transit. If, however, your order is damaged on arrival please get in touch to discuss the problem and we'll figure out a solution. 

Custom ordered prints (color changes, etc.) are final sale, non-refundable and are only replaced if damaged in transit. Thank you for understanding. 

Additional Information:

► Any prints with a "soft focus" or texture work (grain, spots, etc.) were created that way for artistic purposes, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

► Please note that print colors may appear to be slightly different than what is seen on your computer screen. We do our best at making sure that our monitor display is calibrated so that any images sent to our print house are the way we have intended the image to be. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the same color accurately.
